Anyone out there?
Anyone out there in need of a friend? I would love to help out with advice, distractions, or just listening if you want. My ask box is always open.

1. Recognise that it’s a feeling – and our moods go up and down. Shrug your shoulders, grit your teeth and choose to make it through the day. Nothing’s really wrong – and there is nothing wrong with you. It’s just the way you’re feeling – and our feelings…

One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn’t pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore your faith in yourself.

Sometimes its easy to feel like you’re the only one in the world who’s struggling, whos frustrated, or unsatisfied at barely getting by. But that feeling is a lie and if you just hold on; just find the courage to face it all for another day, someone or something will find you and make it all okay. Because we all need a little help sometimes, someone to help us hear the music in the world. To remind us that it wont always be this way. That someone is out there, and that someone will find you.

I really don’t like when girls call each other bitches and ugly or stupid stuff like that. Even if it’s meant as a term of endearment or whatever doesn’t mean it’s not going to give people the wrong idea, that calling each other bitches and ugly is okay, because its not. Its offensive and we should really be trying to support each other instead of letting our anger or jealousy out on someone else. By using these terms so freely we enable others to use them too, others whom we may not actually take it endearingly from.

You shine for who you are … because no one can steal your light.
